Registration: All participants must register before the specified deadline. Late entries will not be accepted. 2. Game Settings Game Mode: FIFA Ultimate Team (FUT) or Online Seasons, depending on the tournament type.
Match Duration: 6-minute halves (or customizable).
Difficulty Level: World Class (adjustable based on consensus).
Game Speed: Normal.
Controls: Players may choose any control setup (Classic, Alternate, etc.).

Penalties: Enabled for knockout stages. 3. Tournament Structure Group Stage: Round-robin format with points awarded for wins, draws, and losses.

Match Scheduling: Matches must be played according to the pre-set schedule. Both players must agree on a time within the allowed match window. 4. Match Rules Match Start Time: Players should be online and ready at the scheduled time. A 15-minute grace period is allowed.
Match Reporting: Both players must report the score within 30 minutes of match completion with screenshots as proof.
Draws: In the group stage, a draw results in 1 point for each team. In knockout rounds, draws go to extra time and then penalties if needed.
Disconnects: If a player disconnects within the first 10 minutes, the match is restarted. After 10 minutes, the match resumes with the same scoreline and time.
Forfeits: Forfeiting a match awards the opponent a 3-0 win unless the actual score was higher in their favor. 5. Fair Play Rules Cheating: Strictly prohibited. Offenders will be disqualified.
Unsportsmanlike Behavior: Abusive language, harassment, or disrespectful conduct will not be tolerated and may result in penalties.
Gameplay Exploits: Forbidden. Repeated use leads to match forfeiture or tournament expulsion.
Streaming/Recording: Players must not interfere with an opponent’s stream or recording setup. 6. Communication Match Arrangements: Must be done via the official tournament platform and documented.
Disputes: Report any disputes to tournament organizers immediately for final decision-making.
Language: Official communication should be conducted in the designated tournament language(s). 7. Penalties and Disqualification No-show: Results in forfeiture.
Late Submission of Results: May result in a warning or forfeiture.
Multiple Violations: Can lead to disqualification.
Appeals: Players can appeal within 24 hours of a ruling. The organizer's decision post-appeal is final. 8. Substitutions and Rescheduling Substitutions: Must be arranged with the organizer in advance.
Rescheduling: Allowed within the match window if both players agree and the organizer is informed beforehand. 9. Prize Distribution Winners: Prizes will be distributed to top players as per the prize structure.
